We recommend you print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions. They are a legal agreement and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change them at any time by posting new terms on the website.

1	Members People who register for the website service become "Members". They must be at least 18 years of age. Once they register, Members may sign in to:
1.1	create their memorial in a chosen name and add other information including further memorial details, a history, digital pictures, selected friends and family details and other categories which appear on the website;
1.2	receive emailed messages at the email address provided to us, notifying them of contacts / submissions sent by nominated friends and family members which can be viewed on the specific memorial site;
1.3	receive by email a notification when a renewal is due and when a new family member or friend wishes to make contact;
1.4	light candles;
1.5	upload photographs; and
1.6	enter any additional information in the form of histories, messages and memories.
	Members can also take up the additional services offered under paragraph 3 below.
2	Additional services for Members
2.1	Scanning in photographs We offer a scanning and uploading service for your photographs: We can scan in a bundle of up to six photographs at a time. (You can choose as many bundles as you like – for example, three bundles would enable you to have 18 photographs scanned and uploaded onto the website.) Once this is done, we return the photographs together with a CD-rom which contains the scanned photographs to you by registered post. We can process your credit card payment via our secure online payments process. Cost: £30 per bundle including VAT and return postage.
2.2	Creating your personalised tribute page on the website We can customise your tribute page for the person you would like to remember on your behalf using the information you provide to us. We will: Scan and upload up to six photographs, together with the information you provide to us for your tribute. Ensure that you have access to your page with your chosen password and login details. Return your photographs to you via registered post. Make one update to your tribute page per year which consists of adding your messages and scanning in new or changing up to six photographs. Please note that all information and photographs to be changed must be given to us at the same time so that all changes can be completed at the same time. Process your credit card payment via our secure online payments process. Cost: £60 including VAT and return postage. In providing either of the above additional services we aim to: confirm receipt of your information in two working days; and fulfill your order within seven working days. Important note: Please note that if you request either of these additional services and agree to these timelines, you will not have the right to cancel these services once we confirm receipt, as we will already have begun work on your order.
3	Copyright and restrictions on use All material on this website is protected by copyright and owned by us or our licensors. You may read, print and download information for your personal use only. It is prohibited to post or transmit to or from this website any unlawful, threatening, obscene, pornographic or profane material or unsolicited bulk emails or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability.
4	Barring from the website We reserve the right to bar users from the website, on a permanent or temporary basis, at our discretion. Once notified, a user must not then attempt to use the website under any other name or through any other user.
5	Availability of this website We will try to make the website available but cannot guarantee that it will operate without interruption and we can accept no liability for its unavailability. You agree not to interfere with the proper working of the website and in particular not to circumvent security of the website.
6	Information you submit to us You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and complete - including your correct name, address and any other requested details. If you are asked for, and provide, details of a credit, debit or charge card you must ensure that (a) you are entitled to use that card, and (b) it has available funds sufficient to cover the charges which are deducted from it. You authorise us to process your personal information provided to us to the extent necessary to enable us to provide the services available through the website. If any of your details change please contact us at the address at the end of these terms and conditions.
7	Privacy statement Our privacy statement forms part of these terms and conditions and you give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data as detailed in that policy. Given the global nature of the internet, any posting on the website is accessible to internet users around the world.
8	Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer We have no control over or responsibility for the material on the website. We therefore cannot guarantee it is accurate, up to date or complete and accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. Any views expressed or information contained in messages or postings on the website are not necessarily ours.
9	Postings on the website You must make sure you own the copyright and other intellectual property rights to any information which you post on the website. You must ensure that there is no legal obligation or other restriction which would prevent you from doing so. We do not accept anonymous postings. 14	Rules for postings We encourage you to contribute postings, as long as you do so in a responsible fashion and comply with these terms and conditions. We do not permit advertising or marketing of any kind.
15	Indemnity You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of these terms and conditions by you or through a machine on which you access the website.
